First you place your order for the product in the size you would like to receive, after which you receive an order confirmation. After the pre-order window closes, our local production partners will produce the items that were ordered, and we will ship your order after the date stated above. It is possible to return pre-ordered items.

If something doesn't feel right, you can always return your order – we offer free returns worldwide.
All our knitwear can be washed at 30°C.
We recommend to use a dryer with all our organic cotton pieces which will come out of the dryer even softer.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our shipping is free for orders over 250 EUR and all our returns are easy and completely free. Read more about shipping and returns.
For now, our prices are available only in EUR, but we are working on making them available in USD and other currencies soon. When placing an order through our website, you don’t have to do anything as the sum will be automatically converted by your bank.
For orders from outside the EU, taxes and customs duties may apply, which Mila.Vert is not responsible for.
For US customers, there are no customs duties for orders under 700 €.
